Section 01

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms form an agreement between the client and izonemedia360 Digital Agency, operating through izonemedia360.blog and associated with the searchable brand izonemedia360.com.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement for yourself or the business you represent. If you place an order on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to approve the order, content, target URLs, payments and campaign instructions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase or authorize the services.

Section 02

Services Covered by These Terms

The agency may provide individual services or combined digital growth campaigns. Availability depends on the client’s requirements, publisher conditions, agency capacity and written confirmation.

SEO Services

Audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page work, technical recommendations, internal linking, content strategy and reporting.

Guest Posting

Publisher selection, content coordination and publication of approved articles containing agreed links.

Niche Edits

Contextual links inserted into relevant existing content when approved by the publisher.

Link Building

Campaign planning, outreach, contextual links, anchor distribution and authority-building activities.

Content Creation

Blog articles, guest posts, website pages, landing pages, briefs and other written content.

Managed Campaigns

Ongoing combinations of SEO, content, links, implementation support and performance review.

Section 03

Quotations, Orders and Campaign Approval

A website listing, rate table, message or initial estimate does not create a binding order until the agency confirms the current price, availability, scope, deliverables and payment terms.

  • Quotations may expire or change if publisher prices, exchange rates, service requirements or availability change.
  • The client must review the selected service, target URL, anchor text, website, price and turnaround time before payment.
  • An order is normally accepted after written confirmation and receipt of the required payment or deposit.
  • Additional tasks outside the confirmed scope may require a separate quotation and timeline.
  • The agency may decline an order that conflicts with publisher rules, applicable law, ethical standards or internal risk controls.
Section 04

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information required for the service.

  • Confirm ownership or authority to promote the website, brand, product, service and target URLs.
  • Provide accurate website details, keywords, anchors, content instructions, access and approvals on time.
  • Review supplied content, campaign plans and links before approving publication where review is offered.
  • Maintain valid website pages and ensure promoted content complies with applicable laws and platform rules.
  • Avoid providing illegal, deceptive, infringing, malicious or prohibited content.
  • Respond to reasonable questions and approval requests without unnecessary delay.
  • Keep account credentials secure and provide access only through agreed methods when access is required.
Section 05

Prohibited Content and Campaigns

The agency may reject, pause or cancel work involving content or websites that create legal, security, fraud, reputational or publisher risk.

  • Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights or other intellectual property.
  • Fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware, hacking, spam or deceptive business practices.
  • Unlawful products, prohibited services, illegal gambling, controlled substances or other restricted activities.
  • Defamatory, threatening, discriminatory or abusive content.
  • Misleading medical, financial, legal or earnings claims.
  • Content designed to manipulate, harm or mislead users, publishers or search engines.
  • Any campaign that violates a publisher’s editorial or advertising policy.
Section 06

Guest Posting and Publisher Terms

Guest posts are subject to the selected publisher’s current rules, editorial standards, pricing, availability and technical decisions.

  • MOZ DA, Ahrefs DR, traffic and other third-party metrics may change at any time.
  • Publisher pricing and turnaround time may change before an order is confirmed.
  • A publisher may edit a title, formatting, wording, category, image, URL slug or article layout.
  • A publisher may reject content, request revisions or refuse certain topics, links or anchors.
  • Link attributes, number of links and placement conditions must be confirmed for the selected website.
  • Publication timing begins after payment, final content and all required approvals are received.
  • The agency does not control future search traffic, rankings, ownership changes, redesigns or policy changes on an independent publisher website.

Publisher availability is not permanent.

A listing on the website does not guarantee that the publisher will accept every topic, anchor or target URL. Current conditions are confirmed before the order is finalized.

Section 07

Niche Edit Conditions

Niche edits involve adding an approved contextual link to an existing page. The publisher controls whether a page is suitable and whether the requested update is accepted.

  • The existing article, topic and context may limit the available anchor text.
  • The publisher may require changes to the requested sentence or destination URL.
  • The agency cannot guarantee that a specific existing article will be available until the publisher confirms it.
  • Existing-page metrics, traffic and rankings may change after placement.
Section 08

Content Creation and Revisions

Content will be prepared according to the confirmed brief, target audience, topic, keywords, length, tone and publication requirements.

  • The client must provide accurate facts, claims, product information and brand requirements.
  • Included revision rounds, if any, should be confirmed before the order.
  • Revisions must relate to the approved brief; a new topic, structure or direction may be treated as additional work.
  • Delays caused by late feedback or missing information may extend the delivery date.
  • The client is responsible for final legal, technical, medical, financial or regulatory review of specialist content.
Section 09

SEO Services and Ranking Expectations

SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside the agency’s control, including competition, website history, technical implementation, content quality, search-engine updates, publisher behavior, backlinks and time.

izonemedia360 Digital Agency does not guarantee:

  • A specific Google position, number-one ranking or exact ranking date.
  • A fixed amount of traffic, leads, revenue, conversions or return on investment.
  • Permanent rankings, search features, indexation or algorithm treatment.
  • That every recommendation will be implemented correctly by the client or third-party developer.
  • That search engines will crawl, index, value or retain every page or backlink.

Performance estimates and recommendations are professional opinions, not guarantees.

Section 10

Prices, Payments and Fees

Prices may be quoted in an agreed currency and may include publisher, content, outreach, management or other service fees depending on the confirmed order.

  • Payment methods may include PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, subject to availability.
  • The client is responsible for transfer charges, conversion costs, taxes, withholding and payment-provider fees unless stated otherwise.
  • Work may not begin until the required payment or deposit is received and verified.
  • Late or incomplete payments may pause work, publication or delivery.
  • Additional work, expedited delivery or expanded scope may require an extra fee.
Section 11

Cancellations, Refunds and Credits

Refund eligibility depends on the service stage, work already completed, publisher commitments and the reason for cancellation.

  • A cancellation request should be made in writing as soon as possible.
  • Completed research, writing, outreach, editing, setup or implementation work may be non-refundable.
  • Publisher fees already paid or committed may be non-refundable.
  • If a confirmed publisher rejects the order before publication, the agency may offer an alternative website, service credit or refund of the unused publisher portion, depending on the circumstances.
  • No refund is normally due because rankings, traffic or business results differ from expectations.
  • Approved and delivered digital work may not be refundable merely because the client changes strategy or no longer needs it.

A separate Refund Policy may provide additional details. If campaign- specific written terms conflict with a general statement on this page, the confirmed campaign terms will apply to that order.

Section 12

Turnaround Times and Delays

Delivery and publication times are estimates unless the agency explicitly confirms a fixed deadline in writing.

  • Turnaround starts after payment, complete requirements, content and approvals are received.
  • Publisher review, editorial revisions, holidays, technical problems and third-party delays may affect delivery.
  • The client’s delayed feedback, access or approval may extend the schedule.
  • The agency will communicate material delays when reasonably possible.
Section 13

Delivery, Approval and Acceptance

Services may be delivered through email, WhatsApp, documents, reports, website updates, published links or other agreed methods.

The client should review delivered work promptly and report a genuine issue within the review period confirmed for the order. If no review period is stated, the client should normally raise material concerns within seven calendar days of delivery.

Requests made after the review period may be treated as additional work, particularly where a publisher has already approved or published the content.

Section 14

Intellectual Property and Content Rights

Each party retains ownership of materials it owned before the project. The client grants the agency permission to use supplied logos, text, URLs, images, trademarks and information only as reasonably required to complete the approved service.

Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of custom content created and fully paid for may transfer to the client upon full payment. The agency may retain internal working files, templates, methods, research processes and general know-how.

Publisher websites retain control over their own platform, formatting, editorial presentation and publication rules.

Section 15

Confidentiality and Access

The agency will use reasonable care with non-public campaign information. Confidentiality does not apply to information that is public, independently obtained, lawfully received from another source or required to be disclosed by law.

When website or platform access is required, the client should provide the minimum necessary access and remove it after the task is complete. The client remains responsible for maintaining backups and account security.

Section 16

Third-Party Platforms and Service Providers

Services may rely on publishers, payment providers, hosting platforms, messaging tools, SEO tools, writers, contractors and other independent third parties.

Those third parties operate under their own terms, privacy policies, editorial rules, availability and technical systems. The agency is not responsible for an independent third party’s outage, policy change, account decision, algorithm, security incident or removal of content beyond the agency’s reasonable control.

Section 17

Service Disclaimer and No Warranties

Services are provided using reasonable professional skill and care, based on available information and the confirmed scope. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, services are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, exact results, specific rankings, publisher permanence or fitness for every business purpose.

Advice, metrics, traffic estimates and SEO-tool data may be incomplete, delayed or changed by third-party providers.

Section 18

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, izonemedia360 Digital Agency will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost rankings, lost data, lost opportunities or reputational harm.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the agency’s total liability arising from a specific order will generally be limited to the amount actually paid to the agency for the affected service, excluding amounts already paid to independent publishers or third-party providers, unless applicable law requires a different limit.

Section 19

Client Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, the client agrees to be responsible for claims, losses or costs arising from client-supplied content, unlawful instructions, intellectual-property infringement, misleading claims, unauthorized account access or use of delivered work in violation of law or third-party rights.

Section 20

Suspension and Termination

The agency may pause or terminate a project where the client fails to pay, provides unlawful instructions, abuses staff, creates security risk, repeatedly fails to provide required information or materially breaches the agreed terms.

Termination does not remove payment obligations for completed work, committed publisher costs or other non-refundable expenses.

Section 21

Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including major internet outages, natural disasters, war, civil disruption, government action, payment-system failure, cyber incidents, publisher outages, platform changes or widespread service interruption.

Section 22

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply in the client’s jurisdiction.

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith written communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the appropriate courts or agreed dispute-resolution process may be used.

Section 23

Changes to These Terms

The agency may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, publishers, payment methods, business practices or legal requirements. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Campaigns already accepted remain subject to the written terms confirmed for that order unless the parties agree otherwise.

Section 24

General Provisions

  • If one part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
  • A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
  • The client may not transfer an order or agreement without written approval from the agency.
  • Electronic communications, invoices and approvals may be used to confirm campaign terms.
  • These Terms, the confirmed quotation and campaign-specific written instructions form the agreement for the relevant order.
